HOW DOES SHIPPING WORK?
- All of our products go through handling before being shipped.
- 99% of our orders leave the warehouse 1-3 days after the order has been placed.
- You will receive an email confirmation when your order gets shipped along with a tracking number.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I CHANGE MY MIND ABOUT THE ITEM?
If you change your mind about your order, please email us as soon as possible at info@norabags.com to let us know. Our team will be happy to assist you in finding a solution.
However, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate your request if you fail to email us within the 12 hours following the purchase.
CAN I STILL CHANGE MY ORDER MORE THAN 24 HOURS AFTER MAKING THE PURCHASE?
Unfortunately, no. All orders will be processed after 24 hours and are not alterable thereafter.
We guarantee that we will be able to accommodate your request if you email us (with complete information about the change) at info@norabags.com within the 12 hours following the purchase.
CAN I STILL CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER I RECEIVED MY SHIPPING CONFIRMATION?
Unfortunately, no. All orders that have left our warehouse are final and not alterable.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
After we ship your order, you will receive one or more tracking number(s). You can track your package(s) on the following website:
U.K ORDERS
If you are based in UK, you will receive a tracking number after your order has been shipped that you can use to get the latest updates on your shipment. Track your order here.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
At the moment, we are not able to offer tracking information for all international orders. But not to worry, you will receive your order within 10-20 business days.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
U.K ORDERS
For United Kingdom, delivery takes an average of 5-10 business days.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
For international orders, delivery takes 10-20 business days. Please be patient with international orders, as they will inevitably take longer to be delivered. Allow 20 business days before reaching out to customer service: info@norabags.com

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Once a refund has been approved, it could takes up to 14 business days to process, depending on the system you used to pay for the purchase.

I DID NOT RECEIVE MY REFUND YET. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Please notify us immediately via email at info@norabags.com if you have not received the refund after 14 business days. A member of our staff will be happy to sort this out for you.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVED A DAMAGED/FAULTY ITEM?
If you have received a damaged item, please email us immediately at info@norabags.com, providing pictures and proof of your order (i.e. order number, full name), and our staff will promptly assist you. You have 30 days from the moment you receive your order to request an exchange or refund of a damaged item.
I DID NOT RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If you have not received any emails from us confirming your purchase, do let us know immediately via email at info@norabags.com with your full name and shipping address, and we will quickly sort out the problem.
